EATING IN A HURRY Don’t give your digestive system a hard time by eating in a hurry. This is one of those bad health habits that you should really ditch. When you eat very fast, chances are you forget to watch your calorie intake. A good solution to this is to avoid going hungry.
DRINKING SODAS OR CARBONATED DRINKS. Since when did we see soft drinks a part of the food pyramid guide? Drink something that will hydrate you instead of something that will make you thirst for more.
